When choosing the name of Rome Fine Homes, I was inspired by the extraordinary woodworking and craftsmanship of ancient Rome, Italy. I have always admired how master artisans created remarkable works of beauty and precision without modern machinery, relying instead on skill, patience, and dedication.
With more than 20 years of experience in construction, remodeling, fine woodworking, finish carpentry, and custom cabinetry, I have built my career on quality craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail. Earning my California General Building Contractor License marks an exciting new chapter, allowing me to serve clients with expanded capabilities while maintaining the same commitment to exceptional workmanship and personalized service.

A clear, three-step process so you always know what happens next, what it costs, and when it will be done.
Design
We start with a free in-home consultation and estimate. We measure, listen to how you live, and develop layouts, materials, and finish selections until the plan fits your space and your budget.
Build
Cabinetry and millwork are built to your exact dimensions, then installed by our own crew. Permits, scheduling, and trades are coordinated for you, and the site is protected and cleaned every day.
Finish
Doors aligned, hardware set, caulk and paint detailed, glass and tile perfected. We walk the project with you and don't call it done until every last detail meets our standard.

Elbron — Craftsman & Founder
I'm Elbron, the owner of Rome Fine Homes. For more than 20 years I have built fine cabinetry for luxury homes throughout the Bay Area and Silicon Valley — Portola Valley, Atherton, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, and Cupertino — specializing in custom millwork and casework, custom closets, and luxury bathroom remodeling.
My shop also takes on the pieces that give a home its character: fireplace mantels and surrounds, built-in libraries and bookcases, home office cabinetry and desks, entertainment centers, wet bars, wine storage, Murphy bed installations, paneling and trim, stair and railing work, and full cabinet installation for remodels of every size.
What clients tell me they value most is the design side. I love solving the hard corners of a home: mudrooms and pantries that finally hold everything, kitchen corner solutions like blind corner pull-outs and lazy Susans, spice racks, tray dividers, appliance garages, and hidden storage you didn't know your room had.
